Offering large footprint buildings and complete design flexibility across seven acres of prime city centre land, West Bar is an exciting £300 million regeneration scheme.

The completed first phase comprises 368 build-to-rent apartments, known as Soho Yard together with No.1 West Bar Square – 100,000 sq ft of Grade A office accommodation which will be wholly occupied by the Department for Work and Pensions. Phase 2 will see the delivery of a further 100,000 sq ft of office accommodation alongside cafes, bars and further landscaping and car parking.

When complete, West Bar will be transformed into a new neighbourhood, approaching 1m sq.ft. of new space in a vibrant mixed-use environment. In addition to offices, it will contain retail and leisure space, hotel and living space and integrated parking.
