Offering large footprint buildings and complete design flexibility across seven acres of prime city centre land, West Bar is an exciting £300 million regeneration scheme.
The first phase is now complete which has seen the construction of 368 build-to-rent apartments, known as Soho yard, alongside 100,000 sq ft of Grade A office accommodation which will be wholly occupied by the Department for Work and Pensions.
