Soho Yard is being developed for Urbo’s partners Legal & General and will become part of their expanding portfolio of prestigious residential developments in major UK cities. These are ‘Built for Rent – Designed for Life’.

Soho Yard and the adjacent Soho Gardens form the high quality new landscaped space between two residential blocks that together will provide 368 apartments accessed off Plum Lane. This is the site of the famous ‘Soho Wheel’ that powered cutlery grinding machinery near the River Don after the industrial revolution.
Future Residential Phases
The outline planning consent for West Bar guarantees it will be ‘an office-led mixed-use neighbourhood’.
Urbo has protected the flexibility to deliver individual plots in different ways as the overall neighbourhood emerges. This will allow for at least one further large residential plot to follow Soho Yard.
At present the planning consent allows for this to be at either No.3 West Bar Square or at West Bar Corner.
