Future Residential Phases
The outline planning consent for West Bar sets out that it will be ‘an office-led mixed-use neighbourhood’.
Urbo has protected the flexibility to deliver individual plots in different ways as the overall neighbourhood emerges. This will allow for one or two further large residential plots to follow Soho Yard.
At present the planning consent allows for this to be at either No.4 West Bar Square or at our Spring Street Development plot.
