The Love Square development site will provide up to 10,000 sq ft of office and cafe / retail space.
Urbo has outline planning consent for a building of up to 10,000 sq.ft. (930 sq.m.) with a ground floor cafe-bar and 2-3 floors of small offices above.
Urbo are planning to bring forward more detailed designs for this building and welcome interest from occupiers for either retail/leisure or office uses.
It is currently home to a pop-up pocket park delivered by Urbo working with the University of Sheffield. This was designed by students at UoS and the late Professor Nigel Dunnett who also designed landscape spaces for the Olympic Park in London. It will be partially retained once the site is brought forward.
