No. 1 West Bar Square was the first office building delivered as part of the West Bar development. It is located perfectly in the city centre’s West Bar business area, adjacent to the vibrant Kelham Island neighbourhood. It forms a relaxed modern working environment set within over an acre of new high-quality landscaped public spaces.

The building has been designed to provide the most efficient large floorplate accommodation for Sheffield, providing occupiers with highly sustainable Grade A office space which meets key performance criteria.
