The plot of land at Love Street is at the eastern gateway to West Bar adjacent to the Love Square pocket park with frontage to Bridge Street.
This building is currently in the process of being designed as a sustainable office building of up to 50,000 sq.ft. (4,650 sq.m.).
Urbo expects to release further images of the proposed building later in 2021.
There is also potential to create a bespoke office building to meet the exact requirements of a business or businesses looking for modern space.
