The Love Square site is currently home to a pop-up pocket park delivered by Urbo working with the University of Sheffield.
This was designed by students at UoS and Professor Nigel Dunnett who also designed landscape spaces for the Olympic Park in London.
Urbo has outline planning consent for a building of up to 10,000 sq.ft. (930 sq.m.) with a ground floor cafe-bar and 2-3 floors of small offices above. This will allow for a small landscaped pocket park to be retained.
Urbo are planning to bring forward more detailed designs for this building and welcome interest from occupiers for either a retail or office use. Please contact our agents here.
