Work begins at Soho Yard – Urbo’s 368 apartment residential first phase at West Bar

Urbo has lost no time in getting on with construction work at West Bar as the site was recently handed over to main contractor Bowmer & Kirkland. Work has begun at Soho Yard a 368 apartment first phase to be completed during the second half of 2024. The apartments have been designed by 5plus architects and will be at the high-quality end of the Sheffield market, owned and managed by Legal & General. This will be part of Legal & General’s rapidly growing UK wide portfolio of luxury build -to-rent developments offering a range of on-site services for their residents.
